The most challenging thing at #SurgeStaffing was
Not getting paid on time. Started work on the 11th didn't but get paid until the 29th. This job pays weekly. They don't hold your first check, they just simply told me that my check wasn't in the mail. I thought it was because (recently) I discovered I was clocking in incorrectly so i thought it was my fault. Eventually I found out that IT WASNT my fault and that these people didn't even have me on PAYROLL, so no matter if I clocked in correct I STILL wasn't going to get a check because they forgot to do their job. JOB IS EASY, I LOVE the job...I don't Like standing for almost 12hrs (it wouldn't have been so bad if I had better shoes (insoles) but no money to buy new because I was broke & WAITING ON THEM TO PAY ME!
