Must be very patient with children, it not always easy

I would not discourage anyone from seeking employment at either school district. The children need help and positive re-enforcement. Everyone's strengths and weaknesses are different. Their experiences are also different. My failure might be their success.

The biggest mistake I made was nodding asleep while the class was working quietly. My medication caused me to nod occasionally and a student video-taped me and took it to the principle.

I was wondering if there are any positions available. My time is limited due to my job as a college professor, but I wanted to stay fresh with the public school system. I have worked in the public school system for seven years and enjoyed my experience immensely. I was thinking that I could give my schedule in advance concerning the days available for substitution.
