Strive International is an organization that provide training to men and women entering or re-entering the work force who recently was release from incarceration. If you are an individual who like helping others, this is the best job.

The last time I encountered a disgruntled client I handled the situation with empathy and respect. The client was upset about filling out so many papers to join the organization. He was not happy with the process. I kindly asked him to step inside a room so I could talk with him. I talked to him about his behavior and found out he could not read. I helped him with his application and asked for assistance so that he could upgrade himself.

Every day was something different to achieve.

The most interesting thing about working for Strive International was the staff and clientele. The clients came from different areas in society and the staff consist of ex-police, administrators, and executives from different government levels.
