Looking for something new

Ive worked at Dominos Pizza for 15 years. I started as a csr after i turned 16, became an assistant manager at 17, and then a general manager at 20, running 5 different stores. I love working in this industry, mainly because ive never done anything else. I excel at customer service, and maintaining a high performance team. Lately ive been thinking about doing something else. The money in great where i am, i mean im only 31 and im a respected capped out manager within my franchise. Ive been thinking hospitality, hotel management.

Advice

I originally took a job in November as manager of a retail store. I couldn't believe I was offered the job since I have never had any retail experience with my background as an administration assistant and that is what I have done for the last 30 years not only do I love being an admin, but I am good at it. I had been training for a week when the owner called me and asked if I would run the storage units and the truck rental division instead since the person who occupied it was leaving. I knew I would be on the computers more so I agreed. My problem is not one day goes by where I am not verbally abused by my boss. Any chance he will get, he yells at me. The other day walking into the building, I slipped on the ice outside on the sidewalk, when I told him I fell, he yelled at me for not walking around the ice. I was just yelled out because I took truck to a group that cleans out our non-payment storage units. My employer had asked me if I had any trucks they could use and to grab the keys. I originally went to find the guy to give him the keys but since I walked right by the truck, I brought him the truck as well. My boss said he only wanted me to fetch the keys, not go get the truck and stood there for 5 minutes degrading me over getting the keys. I get in trouble for cleaning out the trucks too good, for sweeping out the storage rental units too good, not one time has he ever said anything positive. This is a business where four business are ran from and many times there are only two of us here to run all four and I am always one of the two and most days a lunch is out of the questions and breaks are unheard of. Please don't tell me to contact anyone because it's against the law, he has already been through that with other employees and it hasn't changed. Everyone tells me to just quit but I have a family to support but this is wearing me down mentally. I had a really good resume but when I had to post my current position, it made my resume look like trash because I can't put anything good down about what I do here. I would really love to go to work in the schools as an admin but just can't seem to get my foot in the door. Any suggestions????

What to say

I'm the co-manager of a supermarket and the company is near bankruptcy closing stores one after another at one time we had 120 stores in the chain now we are down to 61. I have been with this company for 25 years and now the writing is on the wall and I feel it's time to go. I have an interview coming up with another chain of supermarkets and I'm not sure what to say when they ask me why I want to leave my current employer.

Any constructive suggestion would be appreciated. "Getting a shift lead or management position at Aldi's.
