So many in our community are struggling with unemployment. For those employed, life continues to rapidly change in 2020. I think differences in company values may be getting exposed. We cheered when Target increased wages permanently. But I also keep reading of companies that called frontline workers hero’s in May, only to revert to cold processes in August.
