I loved helping the patients

A husband was very nervous about his wide’s Condition and began berating and then yelling at a nurse. I stepped and and asked him to lower his voice and he went off. Threatened me and grabbed me. I remained calm and talked him down. He later apologized to me. I accepted his apology on the condition that he apologize to the nurse. Which he did.

Helping people, the staff, seeing people’s fears turn to smiles, the teamwork, being part of helping enrich and enhance people and their family’s lives!
