The owner of Stephen's Machine is a very untrustworthy person. He is a very shady business person. The Shop Foreman that he hired before I left was pathetic at being a machinist,programming and management. He is the reason the place is a running joke in Kokomo. I wouldn't recommend the job to anyone. It all went downhill after he hired Brad Seals as Shop Foreman especially quality of work that was delivered to the customer.

Everyday is a good day at stephens.im glad I came to work here.the people are awesome and the work is good.
