What I loved working at #StateofMaryland

Learning experience and always something new. Cross training was interesting.

The biggest mistake I made as a #StateofMaryland at #CharlesCountyPublicSchools ...

Assuming that all involved in education had the best interest of the students. I was outspoken, when issues of bulling kept occurring and was not addressed.

My advice to people interested in working at #CharlesCountyPublicSchools as a #StateofMaryland ...

Good job; low pay for a R.N. Need good skills with assessments. See lots of students daily. Deal with diabetics, asthma, seizures, drug overdoses.ADHD, and also general illness. Lots of parent, staff and student teaching. Plus a lot of injuries, concussions and broken bones. Very busy days and lots of documentation involved.
