My advice to people interested in working at #SpringHillSuitesbymarriott as a #Housekeeping ...
It is the best out of all other places that I have worked. I have done a little bit of everything in the last 17 years. Restaurants, retail, Avon, painting houses, babysitting, and shampoo assistant at salon...My immediate supervisor, executive housekeeping, is an amazing boss to work under. She always makes sure we are all ok, we have everything we need, asks how we are doing, and just legitimately cares about each employee. She always does whatever she can to help us. I can say that all the girls in housekeeping genuinely get along with no drama, which is a nice change. We all work together as a team and get done so we can all go home with our families or whatever is waiting for us. Nobody leaves until all four floors are done. If you can pick up routine quickly and keep up in a fast paced environment, then you definitely need to fill out application because we really need the help!

One thing I would change at #SpringHillSuitesbyMarriott would be
I work for SpringHill Suites by Marriott for 4 years my husband got sick I had to take some time off because he was on the verge of Ty and he did he was dying the manager at the time did not follow the paperwork for me to take my leave of absence and I got ready to come back I didn't have a job manager at the time was no longer there and the district manager didn't want to hear it so I came back to nothing not that I didn't do a good job or turned everything around for that company they had never passed inspection Q&A until I got there and they passed every time I was tired and didn't want to fight
