Well I would say working harder than everyone else that was employed there. I was one of those employees that seen alot of new ways to work and wanted to learn it all and started doing just that but when things got hectic and people looked around dumbfounded including team leaders and supervisors, then I would have to fix the machine case up plus putting on labels. Although my skills went way beyond a regular line worker I was only paid just that "regular line worker" pay.

The thing I loved most about working at Southern Classic was the Hershey's line. I'm a huge chocolate lover so being able to see the breakdown of the whole line was amazing.
