I had such a wonderful and unforgettable time at Solar Integrated Technologies, so much that there were times when I felt I was on vacations and not because the company lack structure and discipline which is the contrary to what the company was but rather because of the togetherness that existed, the seriousness and passion from the employees towards their job; even from those who were only contractors. It was a solar Integrated where I grew up so much as an employee but also as an individual. It is also at Solar Integrated where I got my very first leadership position in my career which helped me out to learn a lot.
