What made me stay at #SocialSecurityAdministration was

It was a very rewarding job with great benefits, paid sick and vacation leave, ability to earn credit hours for additional time off with pay, great health care benefits for vision and dental care. Holiday pay, flexible hours to come and leave. Great monetary rewards yearly for exceeding job requirements.

The most important thing I learned at #SocialSecurityAdministration was

To be an independent contractor & still always obey the Laws, of the Country. I travel alot, now, but I understand the Laws & By-Laws of the place, that I am at time.

My advice to people interested in working at #SocialSecurityAdministration as a #ResolutionMgr. ...

Get a good education first. Be extremely flexible in your day and expect things to happen. Don't get involved with the drama and smile when you talk. People can hear a smile even over the phone. Ask for what you need but be prepared and patient in the case where you don't get what you asked for. It is the government after all.
