They were inconsiderate of their workers and were verbally abusive and even some of my co workers for drugs in the back.

The team work was awesome my moto was each one teach one and we did excactly that our day was always successful we was a family

The staff is incredibly rude, even to their own "family", they allow no room for any schedule change, practically force overtime, and all together it is do it their way or get out. I could only take about a week of their nonsense before i switched jobs.

I have come in on my days off when ever they have called me and need extra help. I have never told my boss no when I was called I have done more of my share of work doing my regular job duties and stuff that did not involved regular job duties . I am a very hard worker and when I start get a routine and how I do stuff and I show people how do it I am the type of person that wants it done like that all the time but it never gets done like that. Or I should never be the only to do outher things if outher people know how to should not be all put on one person to do it . Just like at my job now we have a new Gm and they all ways rush training with people like that... I have been told to do my job a certain way and I tell the new Gm that he argues with me and I do not like that I have work for smashburger for 2years and like 3 months now ... I think me working there that long I would know how to do it like it is spost to .. the gm is only been there for like 5 months.. I have a wife who is on disability and sick most of the time so that is why I am trying to get a 2 nd job . That would pay about the same as I getting paid now Wich is $10.25 an hour. Now .. but when you frist start at smashburger it was $8.50 .. I applied for the job right coming back from my dad's funeral back in 2015.
