My advice to people interested in working at #Sitel as a #Loanofficer ...
Don't waste your time at Sitel Oak Ridge or Knox...they have a very high turnover rate for a "family oriented"company.& if you have a medical issue they are not sympathetic &you will stress everyday ur there! & the Coaches are two faced..and if u ask a question you will never get the same answer from anyone!
I was angry at a customer/co-worker at #Sitel when...
They refused to listen to me so at that point I would try to address it like an adult should. And if it could not be resolved I would take the next step necessary to clear the air and/or have supervisor take the call
The hardest part of working as a #Reservations at #Sitel/choice
The hours I can't work from 1-10 p.m. eastern everyday I am a single mom with two young boys
