Make sure that they have a clear thought process to allow them time to think before act, do as needed, look, listen, do. Their are always someone watching from afar or close best and try to perform their job duty as adequate as possible and stay focused on the job from start to finish. When a supervisor is observing your job performance do not let it distract you from the job performance by getting nervious. It's their job.
