Duties: Performs the tasks needed or request to assist in the claim handling process, with investigating potential insurance fraud claims. I also was tasked with the assistance of hiring new investigators and their training and assistance. I would have the needed database searches ran, canvas of area of the loss, working with local, county, state or federal law enforcement, interviewing people as needed, attend EUOs, and whatever tasks needed to complete the investigation.
