There was just about NOTHING I enjoyed about working at Shady Grove Adventist Hospital especially if you work in the emergency room. It’s like a soap opera AND if you’re not in their clique you’re just about doomed. EVERYONE and I mean EVERYONE talks about each other, stabs you in the back, “mess around” with each other, etc. And don’t have personal problems because instead of trying to help you…you are booted out the door. Also if they don’t like you, they will make up stuff and lie on you to get you written up. Horrible management (in the emergency room) and horrible place to work!!!

Depends on what department you want to work in. I absolutely loved the work that I did which was in the Emergency Department and if ever given the chance I would like to work part time in an atmosphere like that. With that being said, if I may be totally honest, it was like a little soap opera with everyone talking about each other, stabbing them in the back, illicit affairs, etc which sadden me. If someone didn’t like you, they would do any and everything to make your life miserable.

Applied for The Hartford with a reference-referral well known Company I was Super excited took their online tests it was very intimidating didn’t think I would’ve got a call for a interview didn’t think I did well .. however I did get an email for interview with the hiring manager again Super exited “feet don’t fail me now” lol it was a zoom call I looked my best . To my surprise there was 4 hiring managers on this call .. I truly gave it my very best thought it went well .. I was told wait to see a email with an discussion .. I waited and waited after 3x weeks after checking my email daily I reached out to the recruiter she claimed I denied a second interview by never responding back?! So not true I made aware I would’ve responded I was told to reapply and check back in a week.. freaking unreal!! From Super excited to Super confused well mad.. However maybe it just wasn’t meant working for this company. #shady
