Don’t apply, go somewhere else. Management is worried about themselves and not the employees, they favor people working for them and it’s not a fair environment.

Be very careful especially if you're a minority or in particular a black man, they try and make you think they're your friend when they are truly plotting against you.
Beware of the owners dumb ass son, a complete moron who is too stupid to realize how stupid he really is. Also, you complete $1000 worth of work but get paid for $300. They charge you back for the most asinine things, your ground screw isn’t green enough, your drip loops are too big, your drip loops are too small, bolts aren’t tight enough, bolts are too tight. It’s always something and keep in mind that you pay for all the materials and fuel so now you have $50 invested in a job that you get paid nothing for. They’re like a meat grinder, they chew you up and spit you out and the employees always leave being owed money. Honestly, they’re just a greedy group of people and could care less about you.
