Securitas Security USA is a good company for learning. What I mean by that is if it your first security job. As long as you have the right supervisor and good coworkers that willing to train you the right way you can go far with the company. Pay isn't the best but there is always overtime and that where you can make the money. Only if you're willing to put in the extra time. If you just happened to be the kind of person who likes to work overtime and the opportunity ever present itself to be a flex officer take it. That is where the money is. That's what I did for years for them. But another security career was offered to me from an outside source and I took that job.
