Stay positive and happy. Remember to leave your drama outside of the doors. Just because you're going through something does not mean you have to take it out on anyone. Stay smiling and make sure you communicate with everyone at your register. The kids also like to be involved in what's going on. When doing that it takes there minds off running around and it makes them enjoy coming to the store.

If you're not a self starter and hard worker and dedicated to customer service, it's not the right job for you.

Dont even consider it...poor working conditions..lack of respect..not to mention poor wages. I have had alot of bad jobs but wal mart will always be the worst.

If u can deal with NOT getting your schedule till the nite before...great! It was really a problem that the boss did not get as much as we told him we need a weekly schedule.
