Don’t. The place has serious management issues and is only a good fit for white males. Very hostile to women; very hostile to minorities.

The biggest mistake I made as a #Safetyassistant at #B&WResources ...
Not getting a lawyer wen my safety director wouldnt let me file an accident report... instead he acted like he was goin to fire me!!!
