Shorter days. Due to the fact that I lived almost a hour away from the terminal to work a 13 to 14 hour day and the 2 hours commute I would have been better off sleeping in the tryck. Obviously not all employees are subjected to this disadvantage but I would still prefer a 50 to 55 hour work week.
