I stood at Ross because I seen growth in the company and I wss setting goals for myself to become a store manager and after 32 years I reached that goal.

The stock room is not set-up to move merchandise quickly to the sales floor. Too many members of management keep trying to change the truck unload set-up, all with minimal unloading experience. So you know how that works out with every change...
