Dont do it management rips you off, pay can wsit up to 10 jobs at a time.They are making there pockets fat while they screw over their employees

I have to sub in when we are short and work on a roof from time to time. I am the back up to the back up roofer.

I've been trying to start my own company in roofing I've roof for so many roofing companies in Lincoln NE and they are sloppy and doesn't do the task correctly. I've always roofer alone and I would like to find someone who would actually trust me to roof alone. I never have to return to any of my job that I have done . I love to roof I just need to find someone who will actually pay me correctly for my worth and my knowledge in this position.

I am currently trying to move forward in life but it seems as if God has plans to put me up against the odds. I am employed as a roofer in Pittsburgh in the winter, tell me how good that would work. So needless to say I have many days I get up and I don't even go to work because of either the rain, snow or freezing temperatures. I have so much hands on experience in the construction/home improvement are of expertise, and an even bigger drive to help my employer get jobs done and make a name for myself by the pride I take in my work. So like I said it's a humbling experience and I am waiting for something to give.
