People and their employer's nowdays do not share a sense of loyalty. They want high wages but don't want to work for it.

Ricoh is a good, stable place to work.

I stayed because I worked for IBM a great company and was sold to Ricoh worked 10 years for IBM and 11 for Ricoh so I had 21 years exp, Ricoh sucks all about the bottom line don’t care about their employees and after a little fender bender I had at a school acct was let go and was let go with a phone call. Total bs I would never work there again. And wouldn’t recommend anyone else does

The one thing I would have liked was a decent salary. Cheapskate company.

Ricoh is a solid company built on change and innovation. Strong emphasis on certification and customer service.

There no loyalty. When they start with the transition, they will treat you like a new employee. .Even if you have years of expirience. They preferred a mess employee than the hard worker. But benefit are excellent.

I didn't biggest mistake. My ex-supervisor told me they don't have a clue and lost one of the best hardest workers they'll ever have
