What I loved working at #Tallahasseeyouthorganizers

I loved that the youth organizers bring people out the community to learn inside the community. As a youth organizers you were given a community with special needs. As a youth organizers you were given the opportunity to speak with city officials discussing problems dealing with health and diseasing that coomes from food(Heart disease, diabetes, high cholesterol, and heart attacks) so we would bring people out the community to discuss the problems that they could prevent from happening. So as youth organizers you are saving people lives by giving and encouraging them with lesson about health and food diseases.

The best thing I learned from my job was...

They are an amazing very focused house. Or residents could first. We treat them as family. The owners work just as hard as the other employees. Residents will come out if their shells after we have them in the facility for even a few days.

The best thing I learned from my job was to be independent. Make decisions on your own because upper mgmt sleeps.

Not great. Poor leadership. Barely any training. Unprofessional on multiple levels. Bare minimum communication and little organization.
