Quiting goodwill

The reason why I quit was 2 things.. one I had an illness that required me to be outta work for 4 days..I called after those 4 days and was considered a no call no show.. the place I was sent to has very strict HIPAA laws set in place.. second reason I quit is that the company fired alot of people and snapped on the 4 people that couldn't handle all the extra workload...there were some great people who care about you and respected the work but the true ones that counted didnt care..I would love to go back but because the place I went to has super strict HIPAA laws no note=no job..god will bless me I just have to be patient

Some people dont have the apptitude to lead (supervise)

Sadly some employers dont take enough time to interview an appropriate amount of people for employment especially when its a leadership position because of the need to fill the position quickly, the proffessional part is important but the human part is even more, interacting with employees is just as important, attitude and individual attention is a must , and EQUAL TREATMENT, in my case my supervisor changed his moods all shift long and did not take the time to find out why things occurred, he would just make his anger known and take it out on anyone he wanted, sadly this company is known for there emplyees not lasting very long(quitting) dont get me wrong some dont work adeqeutly, lazy , irresponsible etc., but when. 35-45%of your. employees quit or dont come back it cant just be all bad employees, the unhappiness, frustration so noticable and no one to talk to in human resources that will actually do something about it because of the fact that they would have start interviewing all over again, and the employee who would dare go and talk to somebody about it would be targeted by this so called leader(supervisor) so to avoid a nervous breakdown, argument or being disrespected , the only option left is to QUIT.

Job search ...

I had experienced saying heck with this place and handed in my keys..however..I made an emotional decision that affected and effected me and most of all my family. So what learned..was job search for another job..location..etc..and then be able too hand that two week notice in with a smile..it shouldn't be like this however that's the nature of the beast.

I just quit my job about two weeks ago

I felt like the shift manager was signaling me out and I wasn't the only one in the back. One out of the other two that was back there was the General Manager cousin. It was his first day and he act like he just wanted to wash dishes. I had to batter chicken change it after every drop while they was hollering out what else they needed and get the beepers when they go off so food wouldn't burn. And drop fries apple pies and shrimp u name it. I felt like they didn't want to see anyone help me out. The shift Manager had told me that if she could do it then I could.I wasn't getting paid what she was either. I just walked out. That was the first time I ever did that on a job.

I kept a positive attitude at work by...

I worked at El Pollo Loco, Smiling and being respectful at all times kept me with a positive attitude, I recently quit working there, the people I worked with were fine but the scheduling manager wouldn’t give me the hours I needed in order to take care of my responsibilities, it didn’t make any sense for me to drive almost 40 minutes to work for 3 to 4 hours two times out of the week.
