I wish my job @ #Rescare home health had...
Better pay wages for experience workers

My advice to people interested in working at #ResCare Community Living ...
My advice would be to stay away from this company unless you want to be over worked and under paid!! I was pulling 80 hours each week and sometimes even more working 16-18 hour days and only making 9.55$ hour! You will hardly ever get to see your family....

What made me stay at #Rescare inc was the best attitude great to work with and great elders
I love rescare they are the best

I felt proud to work for #Rescare Homecare when...

I felt proud to work for #ResCare when...
The whole time. It really was not ResCare but the fact I was taking care of my Father. ResCare was just the place that paid me. They were some what professional but really behind on the changes being made by the state. We were still doing hand written time sheets. We wrote are times down then fax a copy over all the while still having to mail the original. From what I heard most other places were doing the time sheet via internet. Which to me made so much more sense. They were more structured to having a caregiver have multiple clients in a day or week ...I had just my Father and I pointed out every time we had training that they needed a separate class for us. The caregivers who worked with just a family member.
