What I loved working at #RemedyStaffing

For the most part I enjoyed working at General Mills though it could be stressful at times in the two years at General Mills the GMIs treated me with respect & even asked for me to work in their departments by name

My advice to people interested in working at #RemedyStaffing/BocchiLaboratories as a #MachineOperator ...

The work day is 7.5 hours a day, they automatically deducted a half hour for lunch, even if you had to work part of it. There was no holiday pay, if it was on a Monday, you got it off unpaid, then management would tell you that Saturday is a normal work day. There was pressure to work every weekend, I usually worked 6 days a week, the first 2.5 hours were straight time and the other 5 was time and a half, always asked to work Sunday. I worked for them for 16 months and never got a raise. When raises were given, I was told I wouldn't receive one cause I made too much already. That's when I started looking for a different place to work that appreciates their workers.
