job as case manager
I know Regi is out their...hello. I am working now in assisted living as a RN/ I to was let go from a lucrative job due to trouble with my son which lead to officials in which ripped my job from under my feet. I believe everyone should be given a chance to clear themselves especially after so many years of service. Was she really given a fair chance. Its not like she had been malicious. People standing out in hallways discussing patients break HIPPA everyday...don't they. I realize on most computer at work they can see what you are doing. I believe all of us deserve a better arbitration. If Jullian did this again then yes. I know I will hear some flack. I believe I deserved a chance with Humana and I fight disagreement every day.

I loved working at Westminster Canterbury in Richmond Virginia. I worked there for ten years, first as a CNA then a LPN. You always felt like you were family because they had the same staff there for years. The only reason I left was to move out of state.

Women's Health
I am a Registered Nurse with 36 years of experience. I want back to school later in life after my children were grown and earned my BSN. I went on to get my Master's in a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner program last spring while working full time. I became board certified this summer. The opportunities in the Atlanta market are slim if non-existant. A few places I've found want someone with more experience. I currently work in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility with an 18 year history there. Unfortunately, our practice is not using Nurse Practitioners. I am working with women and couples managing their care every day. How can I 'get more experience' in such a tough market? I'm giving up on job boards and plan to approach practices myself with the approach of how I can help them grow their practice through my desire to provide professional quality care. I can also lend my expertise in working with the growing number of women with Infertility as people delay starting a family. Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
