Hi I have been working as a Project Manager for the last 10 years and for the last few months I am not finding any opportunity .I did not get any response from the recruiters ..I have the right qualification and experience still I do not get a single interview call

With Respect To Liam Neeson
In the insanity that is my job search I find myself wanting to channel my inner Liam Neeson and have a conversation with recruiters that goes like this -
I don't know who you are and you clearly don't know what you want. If you are looking for the perfect person for the job, I can tell you I am that guy because I have are a very particular set of skills, skills I have acquired over a very long career. Skills that make me idea for the job you are attempting to fill. If you give me the job now, that'll be the end of it. I will not look for you, I will not pursue you. But if you don't, I will find the job I am looking for and odds are I will be working for your competition.
So good luck!
All the best with the grind of your job search everyone and all the best for a great weekend.

Why are they contacting me?
I get 3-4 messages per day from recruiters, HR, etc. ALL "claiming" to have read my resume and would like me to make an appointment or phone interview. 3 issues, 1. They are all from people in the Financial Services and Insurance communities. 2. I have NO interest or experience in these positions, yet the ALL say my RESUME show's i'm a "desirable" candidate? If they had actually READ my resume, how could they think i'm an IDEAL candidate???(I have no Financial or Insurance Lic. nor do I mention I have background or skills in those areas) 3. Why are not employers for which I am qualified, not seeing the same resume and contacting me for interviews etc.?

25 Years Executive Administrative Assistant Experience - Still no Job
With 25-years as Executive Administrative Assistant experience you would think jobs would be breaking down the door, instead I have recruiting agencies overloading email all for the same position, then they call regarding potential job and then you fall back into that black hole. I had a recruiter once call confirm and send a letterhead documentation allowing only that recruiter to represent me - (This was a possible job last July in North Carolina. The recruiter never followed up, contacted me that I did not get job and I have not heard from them again. Do not get me wrong I know I am not the only one he may have been working with. THERE MUST BE A BETTER WAY, A BETTER SYSTEM, A BETTER FOLLOW-UP, A BETTER RESPONSE TIME TO WHY NO MORE RETURN CALLS FROM RECRUITER WHO REQUEST YOUR MY/YOUR PERSONAL JOHN HANCOCK MAKING THEM YOUR REPRESENTATIVE FOR THAT COMPANY???????????? WHY NO CALL BACK?????

A recruiter put in my resume
I am a certified phlebotomist and a senior recruiter called me about a lab technician 2 position because he was impressed with my resume and then about a couple of days later he put in my application for me. So I wanted to know should be expecting a call for an interview in a few weeks?

Office Manager
Hi, do you know any company or recruiting agency hiring French speaking candidate ? Thanks for your help !

Recruiter hasn't responded; Should I contact Hiring Manager?
Interested in your thoughts on this. I recently completed Round 5 of an interview process for a position which I'm very interested in and would be a great fit. After each interview, I followed up with a thank you note. After my last round, I sent an email to the recruiter letting her know I thought the conversation went well and letting her know I'd be out of town for a few days, when I'd return and that I would be available via email. After I returned, I sent a second follow up email, saying after speaking with all team members, I feel strongly I am an excellent fit and shared a couple of details about my experience that might interest them based on questions/conversation during my Round 4 conversation. The recruiter failed to respond to either of these emails.
Shall I contact the Hiring Manager directly (she was Round 2) and re-iterate my interest in the job and adding a couple of details about my experience based on what my interviewers discussed with me? Or should I assume they passed on me for whatever reason and let it go. I sent my last email May 4. Thanks!

What do next?!
I had my first interview with a hiring recruiter and she loved the interview and ask if she could schedule me to do another one with the store manager. So two weeks past and no call so I called the hiring recruiter who interview me first and come to find out she told me that the current manager has left so they trying to get a new one and when they do she will me in. So my question is should I continue to call once we week to keep up with what is going on or just wait until she call me back

Asking for Feedback After a Job Interview
Many job seekers, or campaigners as I like to call them, ask "how can I get feedback from a recruiter after a job interview?" Often times in this litigious society, we find recruiters are reluctant to provide feedback for fear of saying something that will be used against their organization. One way to ask for feedback is to do it during the interview itself. When the recruiter or hiring manager asks if you have any questions, ask him or her if they would be willing to provide you feedback if you are ( or are not ) offered the role. You can then explain that their feedback will help you to develop yourself. It is much easier to ask for feedback when you are sitting in front of someone, rather then in an email. He or she can always say no, and they might even say yes! Give it a try and post the results. Happy Campaigning!

Cleared Interview no Offer
Hello! i appeared for an interview sometime in 3rd week of march and received a response within 5 days, that they would be happy to hire me. After the initial confirmation, there was no news for about 3 weeks- during this time i spoke once to the recruiter who got me in. She talked me through the hiring process and explained their on boarding process. After that there was a gap again for a week- nd yesterday i got d news that they cannot make an offer at this time, as they have some sort of hiring freeze and no approval for bringing on a new person on d team.
i was really looking fwd to this, and aftet cracking the interview was hoping to be employed soon. now all i am left with is a ton of dissappointment and back to square 1 in my job search. Can anyone just help me out, nd help me see the silver lining in d cloud?? my family says, that maybe i was meant to go to some other place , nd work there- hence i should just have faith and move on. But it is difficult, after coming so close to my goal. #job #interview #nooffer
