So i have a question, since employers can’t ask about criminal records during the initial interview and are only allowed to do a criminal record search AFTER they’ve extended a job offer, what’s to stop them from rescinding it then? I have a Class A on my record and it just feels like instead of outright rejection, now the carpet will be yanked out from under me after I think I have the job. Is this the gist of it?
