How do I get a employer to take a chance on me say if I didn't have all necessary requirements
Let's say I'm not a highschool grad or I did this type of work before buy didn't go to school for this type of work. How do I best get a employer to take a chance on me?

What can I do to get the job?
I am willing to learn and put all my effort, experience, and skill set into this job.

Employment cloud over my head
I have been actively seeking employment in the Human Resources field since obtaining my Master's Degree in December of 2017. I have applied for over 100 positions( no exaggeration) and I haven't had any luck. I've went on about six interviews. I was either offered a lesser pay than what I am making currently or an denial email. I suddenly become depressed when individuals with less experience or education are promoted to positions that are paying substantially more than I am. I feel like I'm not given the opportunity to prove my talents or the contributions that I can add to enhance any company's strategic goals. I do not know what to do and I feel myself becoming worried more as I hear others success stories or when I receive those denial letters.

Jobs
Is there any jobs anymore that doesn't require a dang high school diploma or a G.E.D. I'm mean seriously what does a piece of paper got to do with how a person performs a job. A person's work ability should be good enough. This county has gone to the dogs.

What job did I come from?
I came from golden chick. I did a lot of everything besides cook and prep. I’ve never really worked in a store. I do know I am willing to try something new. I am a very great help.

Experience
I worked over the span of 5 months and continuing today. I bused tables, helped waiters carry bigger trays, and regular duties. I'm excited for any opportunities and I'm a very hard worker looking for work.

I think a GREAT work culture is one that
I liked to assist people to help them what they wanted what color or what size of blouse, pants or dresses they wanted. I met many people of different nationalities.
