Something I learned at #Prestige care and rehabilitation center anchorage ...

Management at prestige care center in anchorage has with only a few exceptions been staffed by those that could care less about the residents, or those that work there. Mean, fat and lazy is how I would describe the administrators, and director of nursing . Not only do I say this but also the nurses and cna s and most importantly the residents . The owners of prestige have known this for years but continue to bring in substandard people to oversee the care given to those residents there, Always from out of state and from towns and places most people wouldn’t want to even drive thru . Saint Louis being one of those city’s . When providence, regional hospital hear the name prestige care of anchorage they usually say the same thing about the place , oh that place, and not in a good way. There is and has been lots of hardworking place there, caring and dedicated to taking care of those needing help . But again the problem there is from the top and always has been .Managagment there is concerned about cigarette breaks , dinner time , what kind of car they each drive and important things like that , which have nothing to do with what they’re supposed to be doing or hired for .
