How did you stay positive and motivated while working at McDonald's?
If something is bothering me I can tell the manger

We have the best job in the world. We have a chance to teach work ethic to new employees entering the workforce, get to put smiles on faces when customers and crews may be having a horrible day, and we get to interact with the community in all types of events. Be committed not just interested and use integrity every day to do the best you can. Always look for the opportunity to create that wow moment. It’s easy when you love what you do.

I was crew crew Trainer than manager. I worked there 3 and a half years one of the worst ones too. I kept positive by remembering why I took those jobs to begin with. Get experience in the field and learn from the bad things and I knew it wasn't going to be my forever job. It got so testingat times I wanted to quit but I knew how hard and how great of an employee I was too them. You can't forget that. And I wanted to make a difference even when it got hard. And honestly it was a great expierence from all of it. I have a good job now and I appreciate my great job because of that horrible job. And not all of it was bad. We helped eachother some of us and we grew and we made a great team and we worked hard together. I learned so much taking on the bigger roles. Just remember why your working there and just keep that there and that it's not forever!! Hope this helps.

What I loved about working at #Alexander componants was
That I had so many different responsibilities that I was challenged daily!

How would you stay safe while working at Walmart during Covid?
I would wear a mask and scrubs and bring my handsantizer and wear gloves

I didn't work there during COVID but washing hands, changing gloves, using sanitizer, and getting COVID vaccines is the best way to avoid it.

I would wear my mask i have had all my shots hand washing

What I loved about working at #Customer Service Representative for AT&T was
I began my initial position in Telecom/ IT career with AT&T as a Class Four Central Office Technician in North Brook Il as a Tester and T-1 carrier provision at an 4 ESS switch office. That training and progression spanned over 30 years of an excellent career in that field and wouldn't change or trade it for another experience. Thank You AT&T and continued longevity.

To land a job at #Centurylink I would make sure to...
Look for a job elsewhere. The corporate culture as well as backstabbing and brownnosing among the technicians is absolutely ridiculous.
Hello Ramatoullaye, thank you for your question on today. The main reason why I was so positive was because that is the only way that you will successful complete your time with McDonald's. I wanted to make the day as easy as I can possibly make it. I tried to learn a bit of everything so that I wasn't stagnant where I started.
