The school I worked in had a very caring environment. As an elementary school, the faculty and staff are all concerned about the students and everyone supports and encourages everyone else. I would encourage new employees to ask for help if it is needed.

I misplaced an unused answer sheet for a student who had moved. All answer sheets needed to be accounted for.

Lock down and evacuation drills. They stressed the younger children and disrupted their day.

There was a disagreement with another teacher about programs. We discussed our positions and agreed to disagree.

I loved working with the children, learning new techniques and acquiring knowledge to help my students and to share with my teachers.
