One thing I would have loved to have at #Pnc Bank was

I love the customers and the people I met, what I didn’t like was the fact that the my fire without cause!!! Won’t mention any names but the branch manager that fired me had a record of firing people who she thought were in her way in other words. She had tried multiple times to get her branch manager fired and she didn’t succeed. Her track record is so bad that they had to move her to a different market because of the regional manager. In my opinion they should have eliminated her after her first 3 fires. But guess what she is still going and if you are ever at her branch good luck and may the odds ever be in your favor. BTW she legit ruined my life.

Before your interview at #PNC Financial Services make sure to...

PNC look for "yes" people in IT. Most managers who interview lack real technical skills so they do not necessarily know what to ask a potential candidate for a position. Plus, do not expect very good raises during your annual review inspire of the revenues they bring in each quarter. Benefits are good however. Then once in the door, watch out for back stabers walking all over the place. Politics are crucial for getting a head. In other words, sucking up can be more detrimental to your career advancement than being an expert.

My advice to people interested in working at #PNC Bank INC ...

Great benefit's. ALL Major holidays off. Minor holidays off on Bid. You can bid to work or have off. Great Medical/dental/Optical benefits. Pension Plan and great 401k (( They match . 2 weeks Vacation right off. Up to 4 weeks after 15 years of service. Can also buy 1 week after a year of service! Only downside if you are wanting a Customer service role. You will work at a fast paced call center environment and will be micro- Managed. Easy to get fired if you are not closely following all KYC rules and security guidelines. Terminations are done regularly in Banks Call centers. I worked there almost 8 years .

I felt proud to work for #PNC Bank when...

Never felt proud. Senior management said one thing and did another. Never felt valued as s long time employee.
