Don’t stress out, if your co-workers are busy and cannot help you. Have someone ring the supervisor and he’ll definitely come out to the floor and help you and also teach you or help you learn what you’re struggling on. Very good people.

Challenging and personally I like to work so the physical aspect was a plus for me. It’s not a easy job unless you pay attention and try to learn day by day. I miss my job lol

The training course and also how the “cell teams” are set up. 2 on 1 cell team would be less physical for the packers and being 2 on 1 you’ll have more time to help others and get extra cleaning and quality checks done. Over all, Ply Gem is a great place. They’re working on improving every aspect they can!

Find another place of employment. Neither you or your effort at work are appreciated. The turnover ratio there speaks for itself. Nothing more disappointing than watching people work there 20 plus years and constantly get mistreated and fired.

When I worked at #Plygem I gave great advice when

Everyday. I told new people I trained it was a dead end job with poor management.
