My advice to people interested in working at #PilotTravelCenters as a #CustomerCareRepresentative ...
Just do your job.Dont socialize w co workers. And unless your boss says otherwise,do what your paid to do.Not what others do..BIG LESSON

The biggest mistake I made as a #CustomerCareRepresentative at #PilotTravelCenters ...
Was trusting my coworkers had my best interest at heart..I was accused Falsely (NEVER FACTUAL OR NEVER PROVEN)of the things 2 coworkers were actually doing.I was innocent. But,I should have told on them..I didnt and they won.I miss Pilot

Drama at #PilotTravelCenters
My new boss, hated me.Didnt matter how good I was.I was doomed from day 1.He never answered why I was "Let go" when unemployment reached out 3 times to him. THAT SPEAKS VOLUMES TO ME..

The in-store coworkers and regular customers were fantastic. Great motivation to do better and better each day. The only downside was the "above store management" who often pay little attention to day to day accomplishments.

I didn't feel welcomed at #PilotTravelCenters
At Pilot store 4584, the manager Kevin Kenyon is rude and disrespectful to his employees. On top of discussing with the entire staff the mistakes made by others, he also called them names such as "dumb, idiot, retard, and piece of s***". He has no respect towards his employees. If the job is done to the best of your ability, he refused to appreciate the work by simply saying thank you. At store 4584 in Latta, SC there is also another manager named Bryan Rew who has made numerous racial comments. For example, he told one of the deli staff that she was pretty smart to be a black girl! Another comment was made about some of the (black) employees needing to go work down the road in the cotton field. This is actually a great company, but the store itself including some of the coworkers makes it difficult to enjoy your job. Everyone is afraid of having emergencies and calling out. If you have a death in your family you have to provide them with the name of the funeral home. If you are hospitilized, they will call the hospital and confirm, as well as talk about your personal issues amongst the team. This company does not allow overtime! They will ask you to work a double or a triple as I have witnessed the manager at Wendy's doing. If you do work all those hours for them, they simply switch your days up instead of paying you for working 24 hours straight. The best schedule to work if you decide to pursue this occupation is 8-4/ 4-12pm. If you work night shift you will be responsible for cleaning everyone's mess and completing temp logs after the scheduled time and never get recognition for your work. The last thing is night shift does not get any of the festivities the other shifts have. For example, Kevin Kenyon bought the store BBQ from Schullers and spent well over $200 for food and only invited the employees who were on the schedule to eat; plus by the time night shift gets in for work, who wants to eat food that has been sitting out all day? Store 4584's GM is Kevin Kenyon and his manager is Sam Sawaged. when Sam was notified of the behavior happening in the store, he was in disbelief and told the employee that racism was not allowed in the store, but nothing happened for the employee and the manager Bryan Rew continued abusing the policy, still no results! If you work for this store, approach with caution and be careful of who you befriend!
