This job is extremely easy to enjoy and become complacent after all you’re just authorizing faxes and making outbound calls to the veterinarians. But keep in mind it’s more call center than pharmacy in more ways than one. There are strict rules on hitting quota for the day,week, and month. It’s an extremely competitive environment where if your numbers aren’t up to par, you can easily become disregarded. Other than the job at hand, the employees are really great to work with, they make you feel like home. Management seems to have a different view on interpersonal relations at work, their is a high emphasis on disassociate in that regard. At the end of the day don’t expect to be treated better than the pets you are calling on approvals for.
