All in all it is not a bad company to work for. The facility is old, but most of the people are good people and easy to work with. I would say that the same applies to most places that you work at. Show up on time ready to work and just do what you are assigned to the best of your ability.

I would have to say that the most interesting parts of working at PA Transformer are the ever changing dynamics of the scheduling of jobs based upon priority, communication and the execution of goals between the different departments of the company. Sometimes this can be frustrating, but at times it can be very rewarding when you can be part of achieving a goal.
