Only the students and parents are listened to - administration and district does not support their teachers
I was proud to work for #PascoCountySchools because
it was a great innovative district to work for, but over the last 10 years they have not supported their teachers, especially their seasoned teachers. Administrations and the district do not side or back their teachers. There is no listening to the teacher and their story. They listen to students and parents and the teacher is automatically guilty before they are even talked to or given a chance to give their side of the story.
