I would recommend someone to work at #OurCherishedMemories because
I did NOT POST THE COMMENT REGARDING WORKING AT OUR CHERISHED MEMORIES.... i CLOSED THE BUSINESS WHEN I RELOCATED TO A WHOLE NEW AREA. MY SUPPLIER MOVED OUT OF STATE AND I COULD NOT CONTINUE TO PAINT THE CERAMIC PIECES THAT PRODUCED A GREAT RETURN. . AS I AGED IT BECAME MORE DIFFICULT TO USE MY HANDS AS MUCH AS I DID PAINTING, DRY BRUSHING AND CHALKING MY FIGURENES.

I wanted to work at #OurCherishedMemories because
I don't know why it doesn't show my responses to all questions... I was the owner of Our Cherished Memories painting ceramic angels. I also painted other figurines and made Christmas wreaths and sport themed ones. Originally I began to paint due to stressful days at work.... I kept myself busy and worked on weekends dealing with private boutiques in the Antelope Valley displaying and selling my figurines. I eventually started selling at Art Festivals where I did well. I also displayed items at private home parties. Honestly, it helped with my stress and made a nice little profit from my work. I still make wreaths for friends and family during the holidays....

My advice to people interested in working at #OurCherishedMemories ...
I closed my business in 2014 due to personal issues. If I was still painting I would tell applicants that the painting of figurines can be great but not for everyone. It would be essential that applicants demonstrated their talent on a small ceramic peice and loved to paint . I would make my decision based on their expierence and their work.

The biggest mistake I made at #OurCherishedMemories ...
I was in need of help, looking for someone who was expierenced in painting bisque and plaster figures, not for everyone, it can be time consuming and frustrating. I let the room and made a few phone calls and returned to my work room. What I found was a complete mess and disaster. My mistake was leaving the room and not watching what she was doing.... I decided it was better if I kept my daughter and her friend helping me paint and not hire anyone I didn't know.
