Drama at #OrnamentGuy
The customer was extremely busy nhappy with the product she bought. I offered to repaint, also offered to include a second ornament. In the end I gave the original ornament and a newly painted one more inline with the customer specs and refunded the customer. That customer has been a repeat ever since with no problems since the first one.

The biggest mistake I made as a #Owner/Artist at #OrnamentGuy ...
Tried to do everything myself without stopping to plan everything out including some contingincies.
