A stressful #Oreillysautoparts day

I had 6 years of senority with O'Reilly's. In those 6 years l was not permitted to take my break. I took breaks but most of the time my commercial manager said( you can't you have to make this delivery now and it wad the same time of when i should have a break. Well i could not take it anymore and i got mad. There was hollering but no pushing or shoving. My district manager ( Don Bogs) fired me soon after the altercation. I felt i was mistreated for a very long time at O'Reilly ..

I would work for #OreillysAutoparts again because...

I enjoyed my job in pretty much all aspects. I truly miss the customers as well the daily challenges. Not very many days that I worked for O'Reilly's did I not learn something new that to me is exciting! As an assistant manager I miss being able to promote in the other team members oreillys values as well the passion I had for my job. I honestly should have never left!
