I was able to handle difficult customers, doing damage control and if the matter is beyond my ability I would tell my manager to assist. It was a challenging experience and exciting

We were always learning new skills, they ensured that their employees get empowered with knowledge about their products and understand how to run their own businesses

I had a wonderful manager, i still call her my manager even now because this woman brought out the best in me. We worked as a team and we had one goal, to move the business forward
