I never felt proud to work there. they do not care about their people and will fire you for any reason without notice or write ups.
Oldcastle is not a company one can work. There is no communication. Lazy people get rewarded while hard working people get terminated. How is that fair?
Old castle was an awesome place to work great benefits great extras like barbecues and parties. Company store and awesome management. The pto is unmatched anywhere else I’ve ever been
