I worked as a medical administrator for 27 years. Working with 3 physicians and 2 mid level providers. Very busy medical practice. Handled the day to day clinic operational, managed 15 support staff, and our patients. Our customer satisfaction and employee engagement was at 100%. I am a hands on in the trenches administrator. Retirement is not for me. Miss my team.
