I worked for Northpointe just shy of 23 years. I loved taking care of the individual's. I worked with the adults as well as the children. I couldn't tell you which one was more rewarding. Both the children and adults were always interesting because it was always something new everyday. No matter what you couldn't help build a relationship with them, because for most you were became their family. They will always hold a special place in my heart. Sure they would have behavioral issues, but that is why they were in the home to begin with. They couldn't help it. #mythoughts

One thing I would of loved to have would be ,more people worrying about the care of the individual then who can stab who in the back or did you get your computer work done. I loved working at Northpointe, the individual's were very special and I loved them all. It would been nice to have more staff work as a team . You had team work but few and far between
