What is the job?
Team Leads are responsible for assisting the Site Leader in maintaining proper discipline, Quality Standards, Operating Standards, GMP, Safety, Housekeeping and training of employees on during their scheduled shift and in the absence of the Team Lead.
Lead hourly employees in Department functions.
Support with assigning positions, starting up, shutting down and affects the proper use of labor and machines, and ensures line operation according to standards
Sets an example and observes all company policies, and prescribed work breaks and meal periods.
Instructs Employees in the proper use of machinery; assists in teaching proper methods and techniques; monitors progress of employees to assist Site Leader in evaluation and counseling.
Keeps Time sheets properly maintained on a daily basis as well as other documentation associated with attendance
Notify production leader/operator of discrepancies with the product process, tools, and/or equipment. Participate in problem solving for non-conforming product and area specific problem solving.
Coach and Counsel associates on best practices and apply progressive discipline per the rules and guidelines in place.
What you bring to the job?
Minimum of 1 year experience as Team Lead/Manager
Leadership Experience in a Manufacturing/Light Industrial environment
Dedicated/ Devoted to a task or purpose with loyalty or integrity
Preferred Previous Time Clock Management experience (Kronos would be ideal)
Time Management
Experience Coaching & Counseling employees
Excellent Verbal Communication
MUST be able to work weekends (rotating weekends)
Must be able to pass background check and drug test

I just mover to Raleigh NC a lil over a week ago and I've put in numerous applications and been on quite a few interviews, I went on my last interview yesterday and took the drug screen and authorized to do my background check and I just literally got a call a few minutes ago telling me to come in to work Tuesday morning. I AM SO EXCITED!!!
